As an eighteen-year old fresh from Scotland, Lesley gained renown for her passion, tenacity and ability to understand and motivate people. She rose rapidly to the height of her profession, holding executive level positions with Canada's top advertising agencies and eventually became Senior Vice-President, Director Learning & Development at MacLaren McCann.

Lesley is a seasoned speaker and delivers development programs in communication effectiveness, team building, presentation skills, creative problem solving and broadcast production management.
